Sunthai Closed Column/Open Blast Extractors

Now I would like to introduce Sunthai Closed Column Extractors and Open Blast Extractors to you.

An open blast extractor has a spool, an end cap, a clamped ferrule, a FKM seal, a FKM seal with mesh, a single pin clamp, and a single pin clamp with tri pod.  

As for closed column extractors, there are two mainly supplied models.

For the first one, it’s an extractor with spool. We usually supply it with a spool, a FKM seal, a FKM seal with mesh, 2 end caps with 1/4” MNPT, a single pin clamp, a single pin clamp with tri pod, a 1/4” FNPTxFNPT threaded mini ball valve, and a 1/4” FNPTxHose Barb mini ball valve, and a 1/4” JIC adapter. 

For the second one, it’s an extractor with dewaxing column(aka dry ice column). It has a jacketed column, 2 FKM seals, a FKM seal with mesh, 2 end caps with 1/4” MNPT, a single pin clamp, a single pin clamp with tri pod, a 1/4” FNPTxFNPT threaded mini ball valve, and a 1/4” FNPTxHose Barb mini ball valve, a 3 way adapter, a pressure gauge, and a 1/4” JIC adapter.

As for the size, we mainly supply 45g, 90g, and 135g closed column extractors, while 1 pound, 2 pound, and other closed column extractors are also available.

Maybe you find that there are some differences between the kits I said and the kits in the pictures. That's right. Because the extractor kits can be customized according to your requirements. 

For example, we supply 1/4" FNPTxHose Barb mini ball valve, with the hose barb you can connect your hose with this adapter. And 1/4"FNPTxFNPT mini ball valve and MNPTxJIC adapters are also available, so that you can connected it with a metal hose.

Our closed column extractor comes without the silicone mat. If you need an extractor with a silicone mat, please tell us additionally.
